2. Account Registration and Security
Each registered user is responsible for all activity conducted through their bdi88 account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the Platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bdi88 are processed through authorised local payment channels. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bdi88 does not impose a maximum deposit limit under standard account terms, though individual transaction caps may apply depending on the payment method selected. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit. bdi88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, bank accounts not matching your registered identity, or international accounts.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, bdi88 may require identity verification (KYC). You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, proof of the mobile wallet registered to your account, and other documents as required. Processing of withdrawal requests will be paused until KYC is completed satisfactorily.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
bdi88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.
Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Where a wagering requirement applies, the bonus amount (and, where specified, the deposit amount) must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, mobile number, and payment method. Attempts to claim first-deposit bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as duplicate-account activity and all accounts involved will be closed.
5. Gameplay and Fair Use

bdi88 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited a software error, pricing error, or system vulnerability. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not considered valid and will be removed from the player's account balance.
6. Responsible Gaming

Unauthorised use of bdi88 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, bdi88's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as set out below.
bdi88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from betting decisions, technical interruptions, or any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.
bdi88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, and third-party infrastructure failures are outside bdi88's direct control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdi88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bdi88's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable to you.
9. Amendments to These Terms
bdi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdi88 will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of login. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
